Today’s competitive conditions force every business to find new solutions that enable them to reach high production volume with low cost. For this reason, robotic automation systems have become increasingly widespread due to the advantages they provide to the investor. In order to serve these solutions in the best possible way, we are doing free exploration in our customer’s plant. We determine the needs of customers and give them information about what should be done. We gather data about the project by exchanging ideas with customers to serve the most efficient and cost-effective solution. Exploration activities are the cornerstone of a project for Dem Robotic Automation. We believe that a good start is must to get a good result that satisfies the investor of robotic automation project. For this reason, we place great importance on exploration activities. We think that evaluating all needs of customers at the beginning of project is a great contribution to avoid any possible problems in installation process.
We identify the electrical and mechanical equipments to create robotic cells that will respond to the needs that is identified during the exploration activities. This part of the project designing activities includes the design of the specified equipments. Robotic hand design is one of the most important factor that will enable a robotic automation system to work smoothly. Dem Robotic Automation designs robotic hands which are flexible, ergonomic, durable, easy to maintain and special for the application. We share the mechanical designs with our customers and get their feedbacks to improve the designs. Besides robotic hand, we determine and design the other mechanical equipments required for the system.
During the electrical design phase, we determine all the electrical equipments like electrical panels, plc, hmi, sensors which robotic cell needs. We are designing the electrical infrastructure that the robotic cell needs. This part is as important as mechanical design. The electrical infrastructure needs to be designed to make it easier to find faults. The error to be mad in this section affects the automation of the robotic cell so that it affects the efficiency and continuity of the production. For this reason, we carry out electrical design activities sensitively taking into account the needs of the robotic cell.
Finally, we design the layout of robotic cells with our designed electrical and mechanical equipments. The layout of the robotic cells directly affects the efficiency of the robotic cells. For this reason, we take efficiency as a basis when we are preparing the layout of the robotic cells. In prepared layout of robotic cell, the customers are able to see every detail about the robotic cell. Therefore, they can give feedback about what should be revised. In this respect, we create the robotic cells that our customers can easily work with.
After approvement of the system layout, the manufacturing phase is started. Manufacturing is as important as the mechanical and electrical design phase. For this reason, Dem Robotic Automation serves its customers with its specialized manufacturing partners.
Simulation activities must be carried out for successful implementation of robotic automation projects. Dem Robotic Automation carries out simulation activities from the beginning of the project activities simultaneously.
In the robotics sector, there are many industrial robots with different reach limits, number of axis, payload capacity and application. In order to provide the best quality with the most cost-effective price, the robots must be chosen by considering the needs of customer and the application to be performed. For this reason, we use simulation programs to select the robots, so that Dem Robotic Automation protects its customer from unnecessary costs.
On the other hand, the layout of the robotic cells must be designed by considering the efficiency of the robotic cells. Dem Robotic Automation tests the robotic cells in terms of efficiency by using special simulation programs.
We test the system layout by using simulation programs to see the mechanical problems during the mechanical design phase. In this way, we are able to solve all mechanical problems that creates waste of time before the installation of the system.
With the help of the off-line programming feature of our simulation programs, we reduce on-line programing period. Therefore, our customers’ production line does not stop for too long during installation period.
Robot investors are interested in these systems in order to increase productivity and save time in production. Therefore, we prevent all waste of time that could happen during the installation phase before the installation phase.
